      【目的】探讨芸苔素(brassinolide, BR)-植物油复配对荔枝和莲雾光合系统的影响。【方法】对试验园荔枝‘井岗红糯’和‘糯米糍’分别喷施2 mg/L BR和不同稀释倍数的植物油,利用2021年冬季自然低温,对低温胁迫前(2021.12.24)和低温胁迫后(2022.1.1)荔枝的PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)进行测定,以此来探讨植物油配合BR处理提高抗寒性的稀释倍数。在低温胁迫前(2022.2.17)对试验园荔枝(‘怀枝’和‘糯米糍’)和莲雾(‘黑糖芭比’和‘印度红’)进行BR-植物油处理,在低温胁迫后(2022.2.25)以及低温恢复后(2022.3.5)对荔枝和莲雾的叶片状态进行记录,并对叶片相对电导率(REC)、脯氨酸(Pro)以及光合作用参数进行测定。【结果】(1)在提高荔枝的抗寒性方面,低温胁迫前(2021.12.24)喷施150倍BR-植物油比只喷施相同浓度的BR效果好,也比喷施300倍BR-植物油的效果好。(2)低温胁迫后(2022.2.25),清水对照的植株叶片受到明显伤害,表现为:荔枝的叶片卷曲,莲雾的叶片脱落;而BR-150倍植物油处理的植株,受伤害程度较轻。其中,低温恢复后(2022.3.5)BR-150倍植物油处理的叶片比清水处理的具有更高的Fv/Fm值、Pro含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs);更低的REC值和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)。【结论】 BR-150倍植物油处理可以有效提高荔枝和莲雾的抗寒性。

      【Ojective】This study was conducted to investigate the effect of plant spray oil and brassinosteroid (BR) on chilling resistance of litchi (Litchi chinensis) and Wax apple [Syzygium samarangense (Blume) Merr. & L. M. Perry]. 【Method】‘Jingganghongnuo’ and ‘Nuomici’ litchi trees were sprayed with different dilutions of plant spray oil and 2 mg/L BR in the experimental site in the winter of 2021 to 2022, respectively. The effective photochemical quantum yield (Fv/Fm) were determined on before low temperature (2021.12.24) and after low temperature (2022.1.1),and this paper found the optimum dilution of plant spray oil for improving cold resistance in plants, which was BR-150 fold dilution of plant spray oil. The litchi (‘Huaizhi’ and ‘Nuomici’) and wax apple (‘Heitangbabi’ and ‘Yinduhong’) trees were sprayed with BR-150 fold dilution of plant spray oil in the experimental site in the winter of 2021 to 2022, respectively. The leaf status was recorded, and the value of REC, Pro and photosynthesis parameters were also measured after low temperature (2022.2.25) and after recovery low temperature (2022.3.5). 【Result】(1) In experiments on cold resistance of litchi, it was found that BR-150 fold dilution of plant spray oil was more effective against cold than spraying only the same concentration of BR before low temperature (2021.12.24), and more effective against cold than BR-300 fold dilution of plant spray oil. (2) The significant injury occurred in the leaves of the plants of the clear water control, as evidenced by curling of the leaves of litchi and shedding of the leaves of wax apple after low temperature (2022.2.25). Whereas, plants treated with BR-150 fold dilution of plant spray oil suffered less injury. The leaves treated with BR-150 fold dilution of plant spray oil treatment had higher Fv/Fm values, Pro content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), and stomatal conductance (Gs) compared to water treatment; and lower REC value and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) after recovery low temperature (2022.3.5).【Conclusion】The results suggested that BR-150 fold dilution of plant spray oil treatment can improve the cold resistance of litchi and wax apple.
