以浆果类水果中重要检疫性害虫黑腹果蝇为研究对象,利用不同浓度长叶薄荷酮溶液测试其对黑腹果蝇的驱避效果、羽化抑制率和孵化抑制率。研究发现长叶薄荷酮浓度越高,对果蝇驱避效果越好,稀释200倍后对果蝇成虫驱避效果为81.72%,与稀释100倍后的驱避效果间无极显著性差异;长叶薄荷酮对果蝇蛹有较强的羽化抑制能力,200倍液下羽化抑制效果最强,达到97.78%,与其他浓度的羽化抑制率存在显著性差异;长叶薄荷酮对果蝇的孵化抑制率随浓度的增大而增大,50倍、100倍和200倍稀释浓度下孵化抑制率间无显著性差异,200倍液浓度下孵化抑制率为96.67%,与300倍和400倍液下的孵化抑制率间存在显著性差异。本试验为长叶薄荷酮在植物源农药中的开发利用提供了技术支撑。 |

This study is centered on Drosophila melanogaster, a significant quarantine pest in berry fruits. The investigation assesses the repellent effect, and the rates of feathering and hatching inhibition of various concentrations of pulegone. The results of the study suggest that pulegone''s efficacy in deterring Drosophila melanogaster increases with its concentration. Specifically, a solution diluted 200 times exhibited a repellency effect of 81.72% against adult Drosophila melanogaster, which was not significantly different from the effect observed with a solution diluted 100 times. Furthermore, pulegone showed a potent ability to obstruct the feathering process in Drosophila melanogaster. The most potent feathering inhibition effect was observed in a 200 times diluted solution, reaching a substantial rate of 97.78%, significantly different from other concentration levels. The study also found that the hatching inhibition rate in Drosophila melanogaster escalated with the concentration of pulegone. The hatching inhibition rates did not show significant differences among 50-, 100-, and 200-times diluted solutions. However, a hatching inhibition rate of 96.67% was recorded at a 200 times diluted concentration, which was significantly distinct from the rates at 300- and 400-times diluted concentrations. In conclusion, this experiment contributes valuable technical support to the development and application of pulegone in plant-derived pesticides. |
