      为探究燕窝果生殖生长发育规律,本研究以厄瓜多尔燕窝果为试验材料,观察燕窝果花和果实完整的生长发育过程。结果表明:春夏季节,海南燕窝果花的生育期为35 d,整体呈现出“慢-快-慢”的生长模式,开花时花的长度在250-310 mm之间,均值为279.25 mm。燕窝果果实的生育期为80 d,整体呈现出“快-慢-平稳”的生长模式,横径的变化趋势较纵径缓慢。开花后25 d内,内腔逐步被充满;开花后25-40 d内,种子逐步形成至种皮变黑;开花后45 d后,果肉逐渐由纯白色向清亮转变。果实成熟时,可溶性固形物含量为19.48%,可滴定酸含量为0.32%,维生素C含量为4.66 mg/g,可溶性蛋白含量为1.96 mg/g,固酸比为60.86。果肉和果皮内各种矿质元素N:P:K:Ca分别为1:0.15:4.05:1.19和1:0.38:7.10:0.25。

      In order to explore the reproductive growth and development of Hylocereus megalanthus, Hylocereus megalanthus was used as the experimental material in the study, we observed the complete growth and development process and measured the growth and development indexes of flowers and fruits. The results showed: in the spring-summer season, the growth period of Hylocereus megalanthus was 35 days, showing a "slow-fast-slow" growth pattern overall. The length of the flower during flowering was between 250-310 mm, with an average of 279.25 mm. The growth period of Hylocereus megalanthus fruit was 80 days, showing a "fast-slow-stable" growth pattern as a whole. In addition, the changing trend of fruit transverse diameter was slower than that of longitudinal diameter. Within 25 days after flowering, the inner cavity gradually filled up. Within 25-40 days after flowering, the seeds gradually form until the seed coat turns black. When flowering after 45 days, the flesh of the fruit gradually changed from pure white to clear. When Hylocereus megalanthus was ripe, the soluble solid content was 19.48%, the titratable acid content of fruit was 0.32%, the vitamin C content was 4.66 mg/g, the soluble protein content was 1.96 mg/g, and the solid-acid ratio was 60.86. And in the fruit and peel, N:P:K:Ca was 1:0.15:4.05:1.19 (fruit) and 1:0.38:7.10:0.25 (peel), respectively.
