芒果细菌性黑斑病是生产上的最重要的细菌性病害,严重影响芒果的产量和商品价值。本试验参考农业行业标准,采用室内离体接种鉴定法对不同国家不同生态环境的445份芒果种质进行细菌性黑斑病的抗病性评价。结果表明,445份种质材料中有54份高抗,159份抗病,175份中抗,51份感病和6份高感,未发现免疫种质。本文摸清了芒果种质的抗细菌性黑斑病抗性,为系统性利用种质的抗性进行定向育种提供种质资源和参考。 |

Mango bacterial black spot disease is the most important bacterial disease in production, which seriously affects the yield and commercial value of mangoes. This experiment referred to the agricultural industry standard (NY/T 3198-2018) and used the indoor in vitro inoculation identification method to evaluate the resistance of 445 mango germplasms from different countries and ecological environments to bacterial black spot disease. The results showed that out of 445 germplasm materials, 54 were highly resistant, 159 were resistant, 175 were moderately resistant, 51 were susceptible, and 6 were highly susceptible. No immune germplasm was found. This article explores the resistance of mango germplasm to bacterial black spot disease, providing germplasm resources and references for systematic utilization of germplasm resistance for targeted breeding. |
