本研究针对山地果园复杂地形造成的果树施药不便问题,设计了固定式管道自动喷雾系统,并进行实地试验和经济效益研究。结果表明:(1)固定式管道自动喷雾系统在药液配比模块、压力控制模块和喷雾管道模块协作作用下,实现顺序喷药和精准喷药,且在1.2MPa压力、20秒持续喷药时间下喷雾效果最佳;(2)尽管该系统的初始设备购买费用和维修费用较高,但作业效率和平均成本更具优势,其工作效率较无人机、风送式喷雾机和背负式喷雾器分别高28公顷/天、26公顷/天和50.3公顷/天,在作业面积超过125公顷时,固定式管道自动喷雾系统的平均成本低于风送式喷雾机,其工作效率和成本优势更为突出。 |

This study addresses the difficulties in applying pesticides in mountain orchards with complex terrain by designing a fixed pipeline automatic spray system and conducting field tests and economic benefit analyses. The results show that: (1) The fixed pipeline automatic spray system, through the coordinated function of the pesticide mixing module, pressure monitoring module, and spray pipeline module, achieves sequential spraying and precision spraying. It provides the best spray effect at a pressure of 1.2MPa and a continuous spray duration of 20 seconds; (2) Although the initial equipment purchase and maintenance costs of the system are high, it offers superior operational efficiency and average costs. Its work efficiency is higher than that of drones, air-blast sprayers, and backpack sprayers by 28 hectares/day, 26 hectares/day, and 50.3 hectares/day, respectively. When the working area exceeds 125 hectares, the average cost of the fixed pipeline automatic spray system is lower than that of the air-blast sprayer, highlighting its significant advantages in work efficiency and cost-effectiveness. |
