为探究柑橘果实内源激素与成熟的关系,以椪柑(WT)及其早熟芽变体(MT)为材料,测定了不同采收期果实中内源激素生长素(IAA)、玉米素(ZT)、外源6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、脱落酸(ABA)和1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)含量,并探讨内源激素指标之间的相关性。结果表明:MT果实IAA、6-BA含量在采收期Ⅰ时显著高于WT,且IAA含量在采收期Ⅱ达到最高。MT果实ABA含量采收期Ⅲ显著低于WT,前两个时期无显著差异。WT和MT果实6-BA含量随着采收逐渐减少,但ZT含量无显著变化。MT果实ACC含量采收期Ⅰ明显低于WT,但采收期Ⅲ显著高于WT。不同采收期(ABA+ACC)/(IAA+ZT+6-BA)值与ACC含量变化相似。果实IAA与ACC存在极显著负相关关系。说明MT果实采收前期IAA起主导作用,采收后期ACC起主导作用。 |

To investigate the relationship between endogenous hormones and ripening in citrus fruits, the content of indole acetic acid (IAA), zeatin (ZT), exogenous 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA), abscisic acid (ABA), and 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) in different harvesting date of Ponkan (WT) and early-ripening bud mutation (MT) was determined, and the correlation between endogenous hormone indicators was explored. The results showed that the contents of IAA and 6-BA in MT were significantly higher than WT at harvesting time I, and the content of IAA reached its highest at harvesting time II. The content of ABA in MT fruit at harvesting time III was significantly lower than WT, and there was no significant difference between harvesting time I and II. The content of 6-BA decreased in WT and MT fruits with maturity, but no significant changed in ZT content. The content of ACC in MT fruit was significantly lower than WT at harvesting time I, but significantly higher at harvesting time III. The values of (ABA+ACC)/(IAA+ZT+6-BA) were similar to the changes in ACC content during different harvesting time. There was a highly significant negative correlation between IAA and ACC in fruits. It Indicated that IAA played a dominant role in MT fruit at the early stage of harvesting, while ACC in the later stage of harvesting. |
