通过地方选育方式,一个早熟、丰产、质优、适应性强的鲜食枣新品种‘滨枣1号’被选出。此品种果形如子弹头,平均果重19.0 g,皮薄肉厚,味甜汁多,脆熟期果实可溶性固形物含量26.9 %,全26.9红期可达30.9%,总酸含量1.92 g/kg,维生素C含量130.54 mg/100g,可食率96.8%,品质优良,口感极佳。‘滨枣1号’的果实在山东无棣8月中下旬成熟。该品种对丰富鲜食枣品种资源、促进枣产业结构调整具有重要意义。 |

By local breeding, a new premature fresh Chinese Jujube cultivar Bin Jujube I was selected for the early maturity, fertility, excellent quality, strong adaptability. The fruit of this variety is shaped like a bullet head,average fruit weight of 19.0g,has a thin skin and a more liquid pulp. The fruit flesh is crisp and has excellent taste and flavor with 26.9 % soluble sugar content in the crispy ripening period, even up to 30.9 %in the full red period,and with 1.92 g/kg total acid content, 130.54 mg/100g vitamin C content, 96.8% edible rate. The fruit of Bin Jujube I ripens in mid to late August. This variety is of great significance to the enrichment of fresh jujube variety resources and the structural adjustment of jujube industry. |
