本文聚焦贵阳地区的树莓产业,通过对五个悬钩子属浆果品种的物候期、植物学性状、果实品质进行综合评估,鉴选出适应贵阳地区的树莓品种。结果表明,黑莓H1亩产量最高,但其风味偏酸,可能在鲜食市场上不如红莓R1受欢迎,更适宜作为加工品种。红莓R1在鲜食市场上表现出色,具有较好的市场前景。红莓R2虽然在亩产量和加工亩产值上不占优势,但其果实风味最佳,具有较高的选育潜力,尤其是在追求高品质果实的细分市场中。黑莓H2在各项指标上表现均衡,但在风味上略逊于红莓R1。红莓R3在各项指标上表现一般,亩产值不高,可能需要通过改进栽培技术来提高其市场竞争力。 |

Abstract:This research focuses on the raspberry industry in the Guiyang region. By comprehensively evaluating the phenological period, botanical traits, and fruit quality of five varieties of Rubus berries, suitable raspberry varieties for the Guiyang region were selected. The results showed that the yield of Blackberry H1 per mu was the highest, but its flavor tended to be sour, which may not be as popular as Raspberry R1 in the fresh food market,and it is more suitable for processing. The R1 performs well in the fresh food market,highlighting a better market prospect.Although Raspberry R2 is not dominant in yield per mu and output value per mu processed,its fruit flavor is the best, and it has high breeding potential, especially in the pursuit of high-quality fruit segments. The Blackberry H2 is balanced across all metrics, but slightly underperforms the R1 in flavor. The performance of Raspberry R3 in various indicators is average, the output value per mu is not high, and it may need to improve cultivation technology to improve its market competitiveness. |
