椰子是热带重要的果树和木本油料作物。中链脂肪酸含量约占椰子油的60%,因其碳链短,不同于长链脂肪酸,在人体内有独特的代谢路径,在医疗、健康、食品等多个领域有重要的价值。椰子是中链脂肪酸的主要来源,但椰子脂肪酸积累的机制不清,制约了椰子脂肪酸品质的改良。本研究开展了150份椰子种质资源的脂肪酸性状变异分析和SSR标记的关联分析,明确中国主要椰子种质资源脂肪酸性状的变异情况,发掘了含油量性状相关联的分子标记WC3271和月桂酸性状相关联的标记WC1028,将为椰子脂肪酸性状的遗传改良提供优良的基础材料和候选分子标记。 |

Coconut is an important fruit tree and woody oil crop in the tropics. The content of medium-chain fatty acids accounts for about 60% of coconut oil, because of its short carbon chain, different from long-chain fatty acids, it has a unique metabolic pathway in the human body, and has important value in many fields such as medical treatment, health, and food. Coconut is the main source of medium-chain fatty acids, but the mechanism of coconut fatty acid accumulation is unclear, which restricts the improvement of coconut fatty acid quality. In this study, 150 fatty acid traits variation analysis and SSR marker association analysis of coconut germplasm resources were carried out to clarify the variation of fatty acid traits in major coconut germplasm resources in China, and the molecular marker WC3271 associated with oil content and lauric acid content associated with WC1028 were discovered, which will provide excellent basic materials and candidate molecular markers for the genetic improvement of coconut fatty acid traits. |
