      2020春川渝地区李子种植基地青脆李上出现大量果斑病,通过对感病样品进行组织分离,利用形态学和多基因联合序列(ITS、RPB2和G3PDH)分析进行病原鉴定,明确引起川渝地区青脆李果斑病的主要病原真菌LY1为灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)。对青脆李、脆红李、金脆李、青萘和半边红进行致病力测试,结果表明该病菌对青脆李、脆红李等五个李子品种的枝条、叶片和果实均有致病性。运用菌丝生长速率法进行室内药剂筛选,实验表明,供试的17种杀菌剂中,7个药剂具有明显的抑菌效果,其中病原菌对75% 肟菌.戊唑醇最敏感,EC50是0.1183μg.mL-1。
英文摘要:
      In the spring of 2020,a large number of fruit spots were found on Crisp green plum in plum planting bases in Sichuan and Chongqing. The pathogen was isolated and purified by tissue isolation method. The pathogen was identified by morphological characteristics and polygenic joint sequence analysis. Botrytis cinerea was identified as the main pathogenic fungus LY1 causing plum fruit spot in Sichuan and Chongqing. The pathogenicity of the pathogen was tested on green Crisp plum, half red plum, Green naphthalene plum, Golden Crisp plum and Prunus salicina. The results showed that the pathogen was pathogenic to branches, leaves and fruits of five plum varieties. Indoor drug screening using mycelial growth rate method showed among 17 fungicides, The 7 agents had obvious bacteriostatic effects, among them 75% Trichostatin was the most sensitive to pathogenic bacteria, and the EC50 was 0.1183 μg.mL-1.
