      本文以细柱西番莲为研究材料,分别选取采收后常温储存1m、2m、4m和5m的种子进行实验,通过动态监测种子的发芽时间、发芽率、发芽势、子叶大小、第一片真叶大小以及幼苗的生物量,了解细柱西番莲种子萌发特性、活力变化等特性以及幼苗的生长状况。结果表明,在常温条件下,储存时间为1m的细柱西番莲种子发芽最快,发芽势和发芽率最高,同时幼苗子叶大小、第一片真叶大小、生物量等幼苗生长指标亦是最高的。而随着储存时间的延长,种子的发芽率和发芽势均处于不断下降的趋势,幼苗生长指标也随着下降。可见,细柱西番莲种子的活力和幼苗健壮程度与储存时间负相关。
英文摘要:
      In this paper Passiflora suberosa Linnaeu was used as the research material. The seeds stored at room temperature for 1 month, 2 months, 4 months and 5 months were selected for the experiment. The germination time, germination rate, germination potential, cotyledon size, first true leaf size and seedling biomass of the seeds were dynamically monitored to understand the germination characteristics and vigor changes of the seeds and the growth status of the seedlings. The results showed that under normal temperature conditions, the seeds with 1 month storage time had the fastest germination, the highest germination potential and germination rate, and the highest seedling growth indexes such as the size of the cotyledon, the size of the first true leaf and the biomass of the seedlings. With the extension of storage time, the germination rate and germination potential of seeds were in a downward trend, and the seedling growth index was also decreased. In conclusion, the seed vigor and seedling health were negatively correlated with the storage time.
