      内生真菌能促进蓝莓生长。从正常生长的蓝莓根系分离、筛选获得两株内生真菌棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum)和卷枝毛霉(Mucor circinelloides),将其接种至蓝莓根际土壤。结果发现:与CK相比,接种棘孢木霉(J1)、卷枝毛霉(J6)处理的SPAD值均显著增加。J1、J6处理的净光合速率在整个试验期间均显著高于CK。J1处理的根长、体积和表面积均显著高于J6处理,接种处理的根长、体积和表面积均显著高于CK,接种处理的根系活力始终显著高于CK;株高、分枝数、地径和叶片数均显著增加;鲜重分别增加了89.00%和53.52%,干重分别增加了116.58%和83.94%。说明接种棘孢木霉和卷枝毛霉两株内生菌能够显著促进蓝莓生长发育,具有良好应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Endophytic fungi can promote the growth of blueberry. Two strains of endophytic fungi Trichoderma asperellum and Mucor circinelloides were isolated and screened from the root system of normal blueberry plants, and then inoculated into the soil of the blueberry rhizosphere. The results showed that: compared with CK, the SPAD values of treatments inoculated with Trichoderma echinospora (J1) and Mucor circinelloides (J6) increased significantly. The net photosynthetic rates of J1 and J6 treatments were significantly higher during the whole experiment. The root length, volume and surface area of J1 treatment were significantly higher than that of J6 treatment, the root length, volume and surface area of inoculated treatments were significantly higher than that of CK, and the root activitivies of inoculated treatments were significantly higher than that of CK throughout the entire experimental period. Compared with CK, the plant height, number of branches, ground diameter and number of leaves were all significantly increased, with fresh weight increasing by 89.00% and 53.52%, and dry weight increasing by 116.58% and 83.94%, respectively. These results indicated that inoculation with Trichoderma echinospora and Mucor circinelloides could significantly promote the growth and development of blueberry and had a good application prospect.
